Accident & Emergency
What should I do immediately after a car accident? +
First, ensure everyone is safe and call 000 if there are any injuries. Move to a safe distance from traffic if possible, but don't move your vehicle if it could further compromise safety or disturb evidence. Turn on your hazard lights, exchange details with the other driver, take photos if it's safe to do so, then call us on 0426 20 20 20. We'll walk you through the next steps.
Can I drive my car after an accident? +
Only if it is completely safe to do so and your vehicle is fully roadworthy. If there is any doubt — visible damage to wheels, suspension, steering, or if airbags have deployed — do not drive it. Call us and we'll get a truck to you.
Do you attend accident scenes on motorways and freeways? +
Yes. We operate across all Sydney roads including the M5, M7, M1, and other major routes. We'll co-ordinate with police and incident management if needed.
Pricing & Fees
Are there hidden fees or after-hours charges? +
Never. We quote upfront before we arrive and the price you're quoted is the price you pay — whether it's 2pm or 2am. No after-hours surcharges, no surprise line items on the invoice.
How much does towing cost? +

Do you charge a callout fee? +

How quickly can you get to me? +
Our commitment is under 30 minutes. We have drivers positioned across Sydney to ensure the fastest possible response. When you call, we'll give you a realistic ETA based on your exact location and current traffic.
Do you operate on public holidays? +
Absolutely. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including Christmas Day, Easter, and every public holiday. Accidents don't take days off, and neither do we.
What if I'm outside the Sydney metro area? +
Call us and we'll let you know if we can help. We cover a wide area and can often assist with locations outside the standard metro zone.
Vehicles & Equipment
What types of vehicles can you tow? +
Virtually everything — cars, SUVs, utes, motorcycles, caravans, boats, jet skis, forklifts, medium trucks, prestige and show vehicles, and heavy machinery. If you're unsure, just call.
Do you have flatbed trucks? +
Yes. We have flatbed trucks in our fleet for vehicles that cannot be wheel-lifted — including low-riders, AWD/4WD vehicles, prestige cars, and motorcycles.
Is my vehicle insured while being towed? +
Yes. We are fully insured and use professional-grade equipment to secure and transport your vehicle. Your car is in safe, insured hands from the moment our driver arrives.
